Announced on Sunday, October 5, 2025, via a joint post on both of the actors’ Instagram accounts, star couple Keith Powers and Ryan Destiny shared a caption that read: “Engaged to the love of my life.” Culminating seven years of a magnetic and enduring relationship.
In a series of 20 beautifully photographed images of the couple, Powers—who recently starred in the 2024 Netflix film Uglies—and Destiny—who received acclaim for her recent portrayal of Olympic gold medalist boxer, Claressa Shields, in The Fire Inside—can be seen lounging together in an airy home with spacious landscaping and intimate furniture arrangements.
Tagged in the photos are celebrity stylist Jason Bolden, Emmy-winning makeup artist Ernesto Casillas, hairstylist Ricky Fraser, and photographers Emma Beiles and Elias Tahan.
According to People magazine, the power couple began dating in 2018 and split up in 2022. They reportedly reunited last year and have since become engaged as of this week.
